Gina L. Heck, O.D.
Board Certified Optometrist
Comprehensive OptometryDr. Heck received her Bachelor of Science in visual science (BSVS) from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, in 1995. She earned her Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from the Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, Indiana, in 1997, concurrent with her internship at the University of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL.
She completed her Optometric Residency at the Kansas City VA Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1998. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and practiced in Central and Northern Wisconsin before joining the Eye Clinic of Wisconsin in 2003.

Matthew J. Johnson O.D.
Board Certified Optometrist
Comprehensive OptometryDr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Science in visual science (BSVS) and his Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.) from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois in 1999. He had completed his pre-optometric coursework at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He completed his Optometric Residency at the Manchester VAMC in Manchester, New Hampshire, in 2000.
After two years at a private practice, he worked at Veterans Administration Medical Centers in White River Junction, Vermont, and Madison, Wisconsin, and in the University of Wisconsin Department of Ophthalmology before joining the clinic in 2008.
