16 Seconds in 16 days Video Contest

Social media is constantly changing, and one of the newest kids on the block is a cool app called “Vine”. Like the child of Youtube, users can create videos and upload them to the site. There’s a fun catch, though: videos can’t be longer than 6 seconds.

We know our community is as creative (and maybe more!) than those other rascals, so we want to give you all a chance to share your visions! (and 10 more seconds to do so!)

The guidelines: Between March 1 and 16, create and upload a video to our designated page (TBA) to be automatically entered into the contest. It can be no longer than 16 seconds.

We’re all about the eyes here, so make sure your videos include something to do with eyes (either physically or metaphorically). This is a PG rated event, so any submissions with a more extreme rating will be disqualified.

Winners will receive the following:

A special feature on our website and social media
Public viewings at the Marathon County Expo at the Eye Clinic booth

Additionally:
1st place will  receive a cash prize of $300
2nd place will receive a cash prize of $150
3rd place will receive a cash prize of $75
