Dr. Gordon Backer Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is a $1,000 spring award for any graduating high school senior in the counties of Marathon, Portage, Oneida, Langlade, Lincoln, Taylor, or Wood who intends to pursue a medically-related field full-time at a 2 or 4-year college or university. Special preference is given to ECW employees or dependents of ECW employees.

North Central Technical College
This scholarship is a $500 spring award for part-time to full time NTC students (at least 6 credits/semester) who are entering/in a healthcare-related program. Students must demonstrate evidence of financial need. Special preference is given to ECW employees or dependents of ECW employees
Applicants do not apply directly for this scholarship but apply for an NTC Foundation Scholarship.
